1 star rating is too much.

Worst fibre experience ever. My connection is never stable. Fluctuates all the time. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. Call them for support and nothing gets resolved. I've been struggling with my connection for the last 2 days. They promised feedback within 24 hours but nothing . When I call them now, I was on hold for 11 minutes then my call got dropped. Stay away from this provider.
