Poor service(Data/cash return)

It's really ridiculous. I called C-Connect on November 13th and tried to buy data three times on the app, but all three times it was declined. However, when I checked my bank app, I saw the charges had been debited. I've called multiple times, and each time they say it's being escalated, but nothing is being done.
