C-connect is a disappointment

I ordered and paid for two SIM cards from C-connect on 27 August 2024. I selected to collect the SIM cards from one of their collection partners (Clicks Pharmacy). I have yet to receive any notice for collection. C-connect has not rep**** to any of my emails and calls to their call centre were a waste of time. As of 6 Sep 2024 I still have not had any feedback. I do not recommend this MVNO company to anybody.
