They are really bad. Feels like we've been ****med by them. Ordered almost 3 months ago and to date have not received my order. Communication is non existent. Excuses are their top priority. You send email after email and no satisfaction. No wonder customers don't want to order from them. Robbing Peter to get Paul's order sorted. Do no waste your hard earned money on this online store. Bumpbaloza, I trusted you and you gave me the middle finger. I doubt that I will ever receive my refund from you.

Terrible ******** guised as an Online Store false advertising items they do not have. I paid for items for my daughter's school event on the 11th Aug opted for the fastest delivery still did not get them. Their numbers do not go through you can only communicate via emails getting robotic responses asked for a refund to date Oct 2nd I did not get any.👎🏽👎🏽

A waste of time and money
****!!! I have never received the items that had ordered. The back and forth emails were just fruitless, forget about getting a refund 🚮 worst service and communication. False advertising also

Unprofessional and unresponsive
Worst experience! Its been 8 weeks and still no delivery or an update thereof. I have asked for a refund and there has been no response on that either. This is now the second order I've tried with them and neither went well. I had to cancel the 1st order as well due to delayed supply. I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!

Zero out of 5 - Do not support this business
If I could 0 I would. Had to follow up when the order would be shipped. Eventually it was shipped. Took extremely long. When it arrived, the entire package reeked of smoke. The wrong toy was sent. They take 2 weeks to respond to anything. Waiting since 21 May 2026 for them to collect the awful toy they sent. In July they said new stock arrived. Checked the website today and the item I bought in May is not in stock. Definitely dishonest people and most probably a ****.

I should have read the reviews. Ordered dresses for a pageant. Still waiting. No explanations. Don't try calling. Useless. They just say they will look into it. Still no dresses.
