my experience was good, each and every day my claim consultant was sending feedback. When I sent an email, I did not wait even for 30minutes to get response. I appreciate all the assistance that I got. Even though I was panicking that is it going to take more than two weeks before my car is fix.. Thank you so much

I would like to give Silindokuhle Ndlovu from Absa Insurance (Brolink) the recognition she truly deserves for the exceptional way she has handled my vehicle insurance claim. Going through an accident and dealing with an insurance claim is a difficult experience. During a time like that, the person assisting you can make all the difference. Silindokuhle has made that difference for me. What stood out was not simply that she did her job well, but the care, professionalism and commitment she brought to it. She went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate the effort she put into helping me through this process. That personal touch matters more than people realise when you are on the other side of a claim, trying to get everything sorted out.
