Zero service!! Absolutely useless.
I wish I could give a rating of 0, but that's not an option.
I had my line installed and tried to activate my line BitCo. After two weeks of back and forth, I just decided to give up and use a different service provider.
They provide zero feedback!! Absolutely useless.

- The main issue was the VLAN and PPPOE details which was then resolved
- After your router was configured; the mac address was switched to the laptops mac address which resulted in your link still not being active
After rebooting, it eventually picked up the router's mac address and switched back
