worst service ever, it is a joke

So here we go again, second time in six months where I get bad service, seems like being a woman you get ignored and no answers are given. Best Bitco has come up with is restart your internet. You speak to so many different call agents and all of them have a default setting, asking to speak to a manger or someone that knows what they are doing is a joke, I am currently on hold now for the last 35 minutes after a few calls already where they apparently will phone me back which they never do.
