I want to thank Alicia for her help over the weekend. We had a lot issues not resolved with Bitco and she phoned on Saturday. She understood our frustration and helped us immediately. Very professional and assisting. My WiFi was up and running in 3hrs.Thanks Alicia for your assistance and hope this will be a long relationship with Bitco and us.
