Waited more than 3 weeks for installation of WiFi. Installed WiFi Tuesday and then stories started. Router can’t be installed before line been tested for 48 hrs. After that elapsed still waiting. Phoned every day more than 10 times per day even spoke to managers and all will come back. STILL WAITING. Saturday today and no feed back. Even asked to speak to a Mr Minnaar and every time they put the phone down in my ear. Every day representative will give feedback and still awaiting feedback. We work from home and sit the last month without WiFi. Will never recommend this company to anybody
