BitCo's handling of our ongoing outage has become indefensible.

After arriving two hours late on Monday, its technicians worked until dark but could not replace the defective switch using two second-hand units. They promised to obtain a new switch. However, they returned the following day with the same two used switches, explaining that management had instructed them to make the old equipment work because no new switch was available.

They again spent hours on the premises without resolving the problem and promised to return today.

BitCo repeatedly fails to provide a reliable connection or competent communication.
