Thoughtful complaint resolution

I wrote a negative review about Bitco complaining that they are enabling spammers through loose terms of service using their VOIP products.

Someone from Bitco contacted me to say they have asked their spamming customer to remove me from their database, and expressed empathy on the scourge of spam, but reiterating their client behaviour is outside their control.

I've deleted my negative review, and replacing with a positive review instead - just not quite 5 star as I believe more can be done to proactively by Bitco, and telephone provides in general to prevent spam.
