Terrible systems and support.

Would certainly not recommend Bitco. Phone system has never worked properly. Internet is absolutely awful. We have wireless internet due to fibre not being available at the time. Support people try and assist but if management are not interested in keeping clients happy then the support staff cannot do much. Contract coming to an end soon, strangely no willingness to try and keep us on as a customer.
