Terrible service and *********** support

Absolutely pathetic service. Avoid at all costs. Took over a week to restore connectivity and endless follow-ups to even get progress updates. Got bounced around from the Service Department to the Accounts Department to Tech Support with no resolution. Furthermore, they kept blaming the fibre provider. To make this even more laughable, they double charged us for a service we didn't receive!
