SUPPORT STAFF AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE

We have a large, online based company dealing mostly with an overseas clientele. Its 24/7, and its imperative our connection is always up and running smoothly. There is a person from Bitco's support team that I deal with, who has become a vital part of my contact list. The service is outstanding, and I can email my problem through and completely relax, knowing it will be attended to swiftly and professionally. It goes without saying though, that the rest of the support staff at Bitco are exceptionally well trained and informed as well. My 'person' may not always be available, and its great to know that I can count on the rest of the team as well!
