STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC SERVICE!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I receive from Bitco. Their technicians are clueless and ***********. My internet goes down for weeks at a time and they always blame Vumatel for the problem but after weeks of no internet, they eventually realise that the fault is on their side like a faulty router or ******* login credentials.

I was even issued with a refund because the internet goes down for such long periods but those refunds were never given to me. Months later they tell me that there’s no refunds any longer after me trying to find out what’s going on.

I was told that even if the internet goes down for months, I will be liable to pay for all that time of not receiving any service.

The internet is down more than its up and I need to continuously buy my own data which cost me R2k for the last month plus I still have to pay these fools for no service and making my life very difficult not forgetting the amount of time I spend on calls everyday trying to get the internet up.

The internet just came back for a week after being down for over weeks with a faulty router and yesterday it went back down with another 2 days of no internet and I can see this going on for a long time again since the blame went straight to Vumatel as always.

Im just wasting my money paying every month but still have to buy minutes to call Bitco everyday and still need to buy my own data just so I can try working from home which I have also lost money not being able to work efficiently.

Please do yourself a favour and stay away from Bitco. They will make you cry. I will be cancelling this pathetic service as soon as I can.
