Small company's DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BitCo!

<p>I am loseing my company becuse of BitCo's contract.</p> <p>I was a BitCo customer for allmost 3 years.</p> <p>What happend is my company moved to a new address 1 block away from the old address. </p> <p>In the process of moving I called BitCo to start the moving process of the 10mbps internet connection.</p> <p>They send out teir team to check for line of site (who was 4h late). After 5 min they assured me they found line of site.</p> <p>A week later Bitco calls me and tell me that there is nou line of site and my account is handed over to the accounts department.</p> <p>A nother week later they send me a Email (after I had to call them) BitCo wants R35 000.00 from me to cancel the contract.</p> <p>I phone bitco and told them this is impossible. My company can not afford a R35k nock after moving and allso why do I have to pay R35k for a service they cant provide. </p> <p>I was told its not teir problem the contract says so... Then I lost my cool and hang up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have to close my company sell my assets becuse of them. My small business was the only thing sustaining me and my family.</p> <p>They are a bunch of heartless monsters.</p>
