Shocking after sales service - dropped calls!!!!!!

I have had Bitco supply me a line with 'guaranteed' speeds. but they are not consistent, so when the upload speed drops to 0 mps then my outgoing call is cut. This happens many times a day. their backup service tests the line and says nothing wrong. they are so arrogant about this its pathetic that they have such bad customer service.
