Run Run Run!!!!!!!!!

RUN!! They keep telling me I am online and I keep telling them we are not. After being down every second week now they want to charge me to send someone out to have a look and fix the connection? Absolutely ridiculous service please save yourself. Even dealing with the support manager is a horrible experience. All talk and no action but wants to charge for everything. Try keep me online for a month i think you should focus on that first.
