I have had numerous months of frustrating service with Cool Ideas. I couldn't get them to release my connection in advance of my 30-day notice period until Vumatel and BitCo stepped in. I have experienced BitCo as a company with staff that go the extra mile, communicate openly and don't set expectations beyond their delivery capability. It feels like a 'corporate quality' service for a home user! And even the routers they supply are capable well-selected high-speed AC routers with GSM back-up through USB. I'm so happy to be experiencing stable, reliable, quality Internet services. Well done BitCo!
