Quality 10mb Line deteriorating over last 3 years

I am appalled at the quality of service BITCO is offering. I installed a 10mb micro dish line over 3 years ago and was guaranteed 99.9% up time with speeds that would be fast and efficient to do my daily stuff such as stream if need be, surf the net and download if i needed.

I only use Bitco for streaming, surfing the net and occasional once a week backing up my hard drive to the amazon cloud. That is it. I dont torrent nor hammer their bandwidth.

I have log 3 complains in the last week and several over the past few months and they just don't give a **** with regards to even wanting to try solve the problem. They push you around from point to point and then with no resolution other that telling you to wait until the evening sometime to so they can try reset or sort out the problems.

My bitco line keeps dropping! When i stream, it takes forever to buffer. I downloaded some pdf;s and it took me almost 30mins to download 2 x 17mb files. This is just unacceptable.

I constantly do a line speed test and I can definitely tell you the line had dropped in speed over 3 years and i am getting on average of 7mb. If you promised me service and speed, all i expect is that you deliver!
