Phenomenal Service BitCo
If there was 6 or seven stars available, I would rate BitCo that after my experience with them this week end. Jo, the lady who kept in touch with me the whole way through informing me of every step being taken to the CEO Jarryd for your phone call at 21h30 on Saturday evening, what this is crazy, but true, to a small account holder underlined why your company has such great service ethic. When I first signed up I was bowled over by the level of service I received and now with the handling of this service interruption, well quiet frankly, it made me feel as though I was your biggest client. Thanks again.
