Pathetic service from sales team no feedback

I ordered fibre from Bitco in October to start the 1st of December from day 1 I've got no replies no feedback I'm the only one making follow ups and I now have no Internet due to *********** service they said id get called today for urgent delivery and still no feedback I'm looking at other providers now as the service is horrible I don't recommend using Bitco for business or home trust me stay away

Service is appalling I am very unhappy with this

Bitco needs to log this as a formal complaint from their side and provide me with a resolution and all answers to my questions
