Outstanding Customer Service! ***** WOW *****

I have had endless issues with my previous fibre supplier, and 2 months ago I contacted Bitco in order to switch over. The process has been so rough as my previous supplier refused to release my line for some bizarre reason.

However, Thelma and Matumelo have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. They have literally done EVERYTHING possible to assist me and have gotten so involved with my specific case, that it feels like we're long lost friends! They have kept me up to date with every detail, every step of the way. They have been available to listen to my complaining about the previous company, and they have given advise regarding this entire process and issue.

I look forward to my new fibre relationship - as I have been treated like gold, even though I'm not even an official customer yet!

Thank you so much for helping me in this frustrating and trying time, and for going out of your way, when it was not necessary. If this is the type of customer service you pride yourself in every day, then you certainly deserve all the accolades (and a raise!).
