Support is useless and will basically tell you the issue is either resolved when its not or the issue is on your side.

Weather you have Bitco host you VoIP PBX (telephones), or your internet you are doomed!

When there is an issue they blame DFA, their employees or litterally anything to deflect the blame. You wait for days or weeks for feedback or resolution. Feedback is always lacking and there is barely a prognosis when an issue is resolved. We have had multiple times where we left in the dark without service.

The best is when you use their VOIP system and the data is inaccurate. Trust me don't waste your money or time with these guys!
