Internet Speed

Worst service ever, pathetic to say the least. I recently moved from another ISP to BITCO. I am on the 100/100 package. The max upload speed am getting is 24Mbps despite being on the 100Mbps. I have had a ticket open with them for more than a week and every day i have to call them to get an update and am getting all sorts of reasons and that someone will call me back me, but no one calls me back. I have spent over R300 on follow-up calls and still no resolution.
