How far off is the coverage map really ?!!!!

i called Bitco to have wireless Internet installed at my house when i check the coverage map it shows a healthy part of coverage . they came to do the line of sight and then said they will contact me Monday . Monday I called them and were told no they need to send it to some technician manager or something. Tuesday again i called and the lady said she would call me back.... and didn't...Wednesday i called and were just told there is no line of sight and they cant help me . So the coverage map is supposed to be just an indication but arent these guys exaggerating theyre coverage in a way that is actually way wrong and almost *******.

Hello Ferdi911,

Our coverage map is indeed an indication, however, there are many factors the affect connectivity. While the map shows the range of our signal, it cannot indicate topographic (hills and dips) or even man made (building) obstructions to the line of sight.
We have specifically stated on the coverage map page that, \Our coverage map is an indication of our network's expanse across South Africa.\" Our website also covers the science behind line of site extensively here

Best regards,
