Here we go again

Here we go again. It seems like the team who monitors HelloPeter is much better at resolving issues than those who should be attending to the needs of customers. For the last few weeks we have been having terrible internet/phone services. Every time I send a mail I get a non-helpful response or I don't get one at all. There is clearly something wrong with our internet but it seems like its not Bitco's problem, its ours.
