Happy again
After initially posting a 1 star rating, Bitco did come to the party and sorted out my line. Last night achieved speeds of 9megs which is awesome.
My advice to Bitco is when someone complains about line speeds to reply in a timely fashion and take the customer seriously and not try brush them off with a standard reply.
