Great service from BitCo (Greg Sellars)

To BitCo management,

I have recently moved to my new place and was advised by a colleague who stays in the same estate to try out BitCo as an ISP. Boy did I not receive a great service. They are professional, have a sense of urgency and always return your call if they have an influx of calls (especially now during the Lockdown). They have a human touch and have a friendly and competent sales force.

But most of all when I was having difficulties getting connecting, I was assisted by Greg Sellars. A true gentleman from the get go. He is calm and so respectful and would go beyond the call of duty (and he needn't even have to do so, cause he's very senior in the organisation). Shout out to him for still believing that good and efficient service is key to a great organisation.
