Great Service!!!

On behalf of Northlands Dental in North Riding, this accolade goes to Mornè Minnaar - Customer Service Manager, Charnè Dreyer - Service Account Manager - Channel at Bitco Telecoms and the staff that worked with them to instal our new phone system.

In March this year we had one Neotel line and one Telkom line, both of which have been successfully migrated to Bitco, at more favourable rates. Bitco is also our service provider for our Internet service. This migration was not without its hitches and challenges for various reasons. However, from the first meeting we had with Mornè until the lines were properly up and running, the service from Mornè and Charnè were professional and prompt. We had endless questions which were always satisfactorily and timeously answered, with Mornè coming to our practice to show us how the new system worked. And their post sales service has been no less than excellent, no matter how small the request.

Great service these days is no always easy to find so to Mornè, Charnè and their team our grateful thanks.
