FRUSTRATION DUE TO BITCO AND WEBAFRICA MIGRATION

I am incredibly frustrated at the moment, I woke up to no internet services and when I contact BITCO I am told that my account has been migrated to WebAfrica and I must contact them to sort out the issue. The only way to contact WebAfrica is via whatsapp which they do not even respond to. There is a "Mark" on their whatsapp line who seems to just be an automated response that says "How can I assist you", and then vanishes into thin air as soon as I state what the problem is. I am not impressed by this at all, this migration was surely formalized in some way or another between the two companies, how can there be such a lack of accountability from both parties leaving us clients in the middle of all this ??

Good Afternoon Nandi,

Thank you for taking my call.

As discussed it was a Business decision that our Fiber to the Home client base was sold over to Web Africa.
I will make the necessary enquiry to see how I can get your connection restored.

As per your request I will follow up and call you back at 19H30.

Once again I do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards

Good day

You promised to call back last night 19:30 and never did, I'm going into another day of no internet services with no valid explanation why, if I can please ask you to let me know how I can cancel this contract so that I can source a new service provider. Thanks
