Excellent Service from BitCo

As a new fibre client, I received excellent service from the FTTH department but especially from *Matumelo Nhlapho*. She accomplished resolving an issue no other service provider could, she responded timeously, constantly kept me updated on the progress of my line and she was overall a pleasure to liaise with.
