Dont waste your time with BitCo rather try Amobia!
I app**** for home internet 8 weeks ago and after waiting 7 weeks a survey team arrived. After about 2 minutes they said there is no line of sight and left. After i asked the oke maybe he should just double check and check other side of the yard he couldn't make it more clear that i wanted to leave.<br> <br> 7 weeks wasted waiting for your useless company. I phoned Amobia and they came out the same day and the next morning my quote to install was in my inbox. I'm paying them now and hopefully i will have wireless internet by the weekend!!!!<br> <br> So for anyone reading this do not waste your time with BitCo!! There sales staff is brilliant just a shame they couldn't give a S$% about their customer after that point!
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. There are a few matters for us to address here. The first being the extended lead time, the second being the apparent snubbing you felt from our installation team and finally how this was not escalated via the company escalation procedure so that we could address this before we ran over our promised lead time.
Please know that we are launching internal investigations immediately and will revert back to you as soon as possible with a detailed report.
We understand that the normal 6 week waiting period is frustrating already. Please know that we have been working on ways to better establish probability for line of sight sooner, to avoid situations such as yours. We are working as hard as we can to reduce the 6 week lead time. To learn that we have gone over this lead time is concerning and very rare, we will be sure to revert back as soon as possible as to what could have contributed to this.
