Do NOT sign up with BitCo
<p>This is just to tell you about my experience with BitCo.</p> <p>I signed up with them when they had the uncapped service for home and had to sign a 2 year contract. I was happy for the fist 15 days then suddenly my access to some filesharing sites I use for work just stopped. after being on the phone with them for about 2 weeks they came back to me saying the sites was flagged as 'abusive' and access was blocked. so I switched to a different host and paid upfront for 2 years. 2 months in, they blocked it again... same reason, and they refused to refund me for the service I paid for and can't use because of them! After this I learned my lesson and only signed on to services on a month to month basis. I tried Filefactory which is basically the last one left last night and it was working. so I signed up today.. I got halfway in a file and my speed dropped again. now it will take me 4 days to download a 56mb file. After I phoned them (yet again) they told me to submit a ticket (yet again), but here's the kicker, I can't even access their website or ticket system on my connection... but according to them nothing is wrong.</p> <p>Also they told me I am not allowed to download anything during the day, even when I limited my downloads to 3mbps of the supposed 10mbps (that I never even got close to). Now I'm stick in a 24month contract for something that is completely useless to me.</p> <p>Here is a list of the sites/services they have blocked so far:<br />Rapidgator<br />Uploaded<br />Vola<br />Mega<br />Filefactory<br />hitfile<br />nitroflare<br />bigfile<br />faststore<br />hugefiles<br />upstore<br />keep2share<br />userscloud<br />upvast<br />rockfile<br />anafile<br />alfafile</p> <p>.. and these are the ones I know of.</p> <p>So if you are thinking of joining up with them, don't</p> <p> </p>

so they changed things about the "accepted" sites and decided that services people pay premium rates for get blocked during the day and throttled at night. (since when does throttle" mean you get 1kb per second.. that's kilobit not kilobyte ... and for streaming media they seem to have no idea what could be wrong.
I have no blocked their debit order at the bank and I will sell thewir equipment to reclaim the money I have lost with their BS

Good day Andre,
We are continually monitoring abusive websites and protocols on our national network. We continue to make updates to the way we deal with such traffic in an effort to uphold our code of conduct and the ISPA code of conduct, which we are bound by.
Internationally and locally certain websites and protocols are flagged as being abusive, when this happens we adjust the way we deal with them across our network. In cases where the abusive traffic starts the degrade the level of service offered to multiple customer then BitCo deals with this by reducing the overall throughput that this abusive traffic is able to access across our national network.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee throughput on any abusive websites and protocols, this is to safeguard the national network and each BitCo customer, so that most of our customers experience a premium service.
Services like Dropbox and Google drive work extremely well and I would suggest using these services rather than the services you have listed.
Kind Regards,
Jarryd Chatz | Managing Director

Good day Andre,
As per our support technicians, they have advise you that if Skype is not working they can escalate that internally to one of our network engineers to investigate and resolve that problem.
Websites that have been allocated as abusive we are not able to assist with, if they hold streaming content then unfortunately they will be effected. May i ask what content is being streamed, maybe sites like Netflix and Showmax could assist you as they are not abusive.
