Disgusting call center agent
Recieved a call from this company , the lady said she is calling on behalf of Old Mutual regarding car insurance , I told her I don’t own a car her response to me was “oh really everyone says that” I asked her what proof does she want she responded with “ add me on WhatsApp” which is extremely unprofessional and high I brought to her attention she had the audacity to laugh, please can this be investigated and taken further , I was called at 16.55 on 26/02/2024 from the number +27 (10) ***
