Declining customer support.

I have been with Bitco for 7 years. Unfortunately I can lately see a steady decline in the customer support service provided. After numerous calls to support my slow speed is still not resolved. I was advised to do a speed test directly from the cisco switch. The average speed I attained was 4mbps download on a 50mbps service.

It will most probably be resolved by a quick port reset.

Cynthia Montsitsi promised to get back to me. Still nothing.
