I work for King Edward VII Prep School. My experience with BitCo has been a pleasure, and recently I logged a ticket but due to some reasons wasn't able to follow on the progress for a few days. What impressed me the most is that the official who was assigned my ticket (Siyabulela Bonga) tirelessly kept on requesting for my availability so he can assist me, how wonderful is his dedication to providing the best service? As soon as I became available again and gave him a call he immediately resolved the problem I had. I'm grateful to Siya's endless patience and dedication.
