Bitco - Worst Service provider

Pre sales they promise you the world, installation time you struggle with people who no clue what is going on. Can never get hold of the sales person once we signed up.

Our business link has been down for almost 4 days. Logged a ticket and was promised someone would contact us to sort out the issue. After numerous calls made to Bitco nothing has been fixed nor has the ticket been updated !

We had had to continually call to get updated and get no where. They do not even reply to emails or social media.
