Bitco WORST service

Ok so every week I have to phone in to get my internet sorted out. Either is off or I have pakage loss. Today I phoned at 8am , 10am, 11am, 1pm and at 2pm. Every person there said they wil sort out the issue and phone me back. Guess what? No one has phoned me and if i want to speak to there manager he/she is "busy". This is every weeks issue now and now iam fed up. If i dont hear from them in 1 hour they can come and collect there equipment out on the street. WORST WORST service from this company.
