Bitco - The nightmare of telephony

As a administrator of and Medical Emergency call center , and have to deal with auto telemarketers that is locking up Medical Emergency lines with no option to remove your number of any means. After some Google searches have to five that number used belongs to Rose Courtz Trading t/a BitCo, and then being send around the worst every call flow that will automatically transfers you to multiple other queue's while you are holding for an operator.

So after 25 min of "did you know" messages that helps me nothing. As a professional in the industry for over 13 years, I find if unprofessional for a business that promotes it self as one of the leaders in the industry
