Bitco terrible service

I have moved from the premises where the installation of Wi-Fi was made, after spending hours making phone calls, sending emails etc. This company has failed to assist me in transferring these equipment and contract to the other people residing on the premises that are willing to continue using this. I find this as a breach of contract by Bitco themselves and therefore are obligated to cancel my contract effective immediately without any nonsense fees and penalties. I will also report this company to my bank, because they are costing me thousands of rand in penalties of unpaid debit orders. I refuse to pay a monthly fee for a dreadful service delivery and I'm not even using the equipment for more than 5 months now. I hope they read this review and can kindly contact me or email me.
