Bitco Support is useless

Good day Coen We do apologise for the experience you have had with the connection. As previously stated, the equipment currently being used is an open spectrum solution. Any service provider with the correct licence may use the same equipment and frequency and it will cause interference on different connections. Also, during this time other service provider may also make adjustments to their connections and it could cause further interference. At the time this complaint was logged the connection was online and there was minimal packet loss. In your complaint it is also mentioned that the internet has been down for a week, however there has clearly been daily usage on the connection and the full speeds of 10Mbps were reached quite frequently during the last week. We have contacted you regarding this roughly a year ago and explained the above as well. We have been back to the sites on multiple occasions trying everything in our power to resolve the situation. We have even reduced you monthly fee to accommodate for the times that the connection is not running at optimal speed. We will continue to work on the connection and bypass interference as much as possible, however there is only so much we can do to assist.
