BitCo service review 2023

I have in my 13 years of IT experience never seen such a bad service not even from Telcom when fiber was a rare sight, been off for more than a month this year besides there project Adonis witch cost another 3 weeks of being offline, the excuse is always upstream provider and its never their fault. People have contracts with you BitCo not DFA! Unfortunately their contracts protect them while they keep you hostage with promises of 99% operational uptime guarantee. once our contract ends we will not be renewing it. i would suggest if you come across this while searching for a new ISP stay far away. let me set things strait you can't help anymore BitCo you have already cost my business more than the amount you receive as payment for the full duration of the contract in downtime costs yet you only opt to pay a minimal fee back as if it fixes the issue this post is to stop others from making the same mistake in signing themselves into a hostage like situation!
