Bitco refunded my money!

I was very impressed with Bitco recently; After signing up for their fiber, they had openserve install the line within a day or two! Then I was still waiting for my account details and router to arrive (which still took some time unfortunately). So I decided to go with another ISP in the meantime to try speed things up! I logged my case with Bitco and they were professional enough to refund my installation fee because I did not use their service anymore! I thought that was very well handled of them because I will consider using them in future again.
