BITCO Pathetic service

I have never received such bad service from any company as I have from BITCO.

They are very quick to sell a product to you, but if you want feedback on a matter you get ignored and it takes weeks of begging to finally get through to someone who can get back to you.

After I had to close my business due to factors out of my control, a transfer of my line to another property owned by a family member ws suggested by BITCO, because whether you have an income or not doesn't matter, their contract says there is xx amount of months left.

When the "transfer" contract arrives, guess what now it's seen as a new one and you have to sell your soul to them for another 24 months.

Vanessa the sales person is quick to make promises and guarantees, and then never gets back even after numerous requests.

I would CAUTION any person looking at doing business with Bitco to think very carefully about their decision.
