BITCO IS A SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE ISP!!!!!!!

Probably the worst Fibre Service Provider I have ever used (and we use many). First we are forced (against our will) to use BITCO at KYA SANDS BUSINESS PARK at ******ionate tariffs as there are no other fibre services in park. We are promised quick connection and service, then with plenty of fighting we managed to get service after 6 weeks. They then fail to setup our servers and had to bring in 3rd parties to assist their poor , ill skilled technicians with our firewall, again causing days of telephonic fights and threats. We signed for 99% uptime to date we had 70% uptime (IF THAT) its been shocking. And when we do have service its very slow and not what we pay for. Every time we have load shedding we lose service for 15-30minutes twice or 3 times a day. We have been out of service yesterday (ALL DAY) and today and now proper explanation have been provided. ITS BEEN AN APPALLING EXPERIENCE and I cant wait to move to another ISP. BITCO IS A SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE ISP!!!!!!!
