Bitco- horrible support
I have had Bitco as a internet provider for 4 months. I have been without internet for a week.
The support is absolutely horrible. I am loading airtime everyday. Everytime i phone I am someone else. They never get my details right. Everytime they say nothing is wrong on their side.
I dont even work with this but i have to guide them and tell them to check the traffic on the line...then only do they see that something is wrong. They promise to investigate and to phone back which never happens.
I eventually got them to send technicians only to find that the problem is on their side...apparantely someone made a typing error.
I dont know how difficult can it be to rectify the problem.
When i phoned this morning the agent stated that she can see someone is being sent to my house which was untrue as they have been there the previous day.
This is really frustrating..i have no clue how to get the internet on as the support is horrible!!!!
I will never recommend Bitco!

No one in the call centre can find your details if you give you account number. No one can see that someonthing is worng, no one can phone back, no one can investigate, no one can even generate a ticket. I have phoned numerous times without a ticket and after the 3rd day i asked them to generate a ticket...should they thats working not know how important a ticket is. I dont see the reason for a support department if they cant give support.
At this moment its a number that is being called. Thats costs you a lot of money and you still have the same problem.
