BITCO DOES NOT VALUE YOUR BUSINESS
If you are looking for a company that treats you like dirt. These are your goto guys. Just upgraded to 50Mbps line, and the technicians do a quarted of a job and then never return until you beg for them to come finish the work. Eventually after many weeks, installation was done, except we only getting 25Mbps. Technician aware of problem says they must return. Never returns. send emails to support. They claim job is done and want payment for any call outs. Horribe Horrible company.

Speed is much better, the problem was with the Bitco antennae. We still testing the voice quality, there does seem to be some improvement.
I am still extremely unhappy with Bitco support, as they were dismissive of our situation. They provided our company with very poor service. I hope your management devotes attention to this dept.
I do want to thank you personally and your technicians that came out to resolve the problem. The service from you and the techies was very good.
