BitCo are the best!!!

BitCo has been our service provider for both our telephone and internet for many years. The service they provide is so good and professional it feels as if we are their only client. They respond to request immediately and attend to faults as a priority every time we log a call. Over a year ago we experienced very bad internet connection due to some construction blocking our signal. Bitco not only resolved this problem they actually ensured no reoccurrence thereof. When logging a call it gets allocated to an agent however in emergency cases any agent can assist. All agents are trained to deal with any query or fault, therefore, problems can be resolved ASAP.
