Bitco addressing complaints " Your ticket is closed" ...without addressing the complaint
I have been dealinf with issues of intermitted connection for months This week I again reported it Just received an email stating I have a connection and the ticket is closed I give up!!! My complaint for months has been intermitted connection and it has not been addressed. Counting the days till my contract comes to and end and I can get rid of this daily frustration
